The application of Six Sigma aims to make HARFAM a quality and world-class company in the field of afforestation. In accordance with its vision, Harfam must have good production systems with controlled process, implement the afforestation optimization, and minimize the defects of forest production.

Harfam has been professionally and officially recognized as the member of TEAKNET as TEAK Grower since 2012. TEAKNET is an international organization that houses all professional elements in the field of teak, including Teak Researchers, Teak Growers, and Teak Traders. TEAKNET is fully supported by the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) of the United Nations. TEAKNETā€™s secretariat is located at the Kerala Forest Research Institute (KFRI) in Peechi, India.
